Adam & Amanda's Wedding

Henry and I have been friends with Adam and Amanda for years. When they asked me to be their wedding photographer I was sooooo excited! They are such a great couple. Adam is hilarious and Amanda is sweet as can be. Their wedding was BEAUTIFUL, on the rooftop of the St. Anthony Hotel in downtown San Antonio. Sleeping Beauty

Roxy's always been a great sleeper. Recently, though, she's been sneaking out of her bed at night and laying at the top of the stairs with her pillow. Today, I put her down for a nap and when I went to check on her a few minutes later, there she was - asleep at the top of the stairs, wearing one shoe, her bathing suit bottoms and holding a toy. (When I put her in bed, she had on a t-shirt and no shoes!) I just had to take a picture. After the first picture, she woke up a little and repositioned herself. She's still there now, snoozing away. How cute is this ...

Destination Weddings

I just booked another "destination" wedding for this summer and I'm so excited about it! Alleen and John were referred to me by one of my favorite couples, Julie & Nils, who got married in Austin a few months back. So August 17th, my sister Jessie and I will be going on a road trip to BEAUTIFUL Seaside, Florida to shoot a beachfront wedding!

Our other destination wedding is in less than a month - June 9th in Isla de Mujeres, Mexico, an island near Cancun. My husband Henry took a week off so he could fly out there with me and we're staying for the entire week! I'm so excited! Do I have the best job in the world, or what?! Thanks so much to all of you who have supported me, this business of mine and my silly little blog. I'm truly grateful for all your comments, emails and friendships :)
